Min 1: 1 Power Clean (135#/95#) + 1 Chest To Bar Pull up + 1 Burpee to pull up bar
Min 2: 2 PC + 2 CTB Pull ups + 2 Burpees
Min 3: 3 PC + 3 CTB + 3 Burpees
Min 4: 4 PC + 4 CTB + 4 Burpees

Continue on this ladder until you can no longer complete the rxd reps within the minute.
