Death by Front Squat (225#/155#)
Min 1 = 1 Front Squat
Min 2 = 2 Front Squats
Min 3 = 3 Front Squats
Min 4 = 4 Front Squats

Continue until 12 min time limit

If you fail to complete the rxd amount of reps in the minute, take 1 min off then complete 3 Front squats EMOM for the remaining time. 

3 Min Rest…

15 min Kipping Pull up practice


*Think of this as a cool down.  Just spend some time either working on getting a kipping pull-up, refining you kip, or working on progressing in your kip (CTB, butterfly, etc.).  The coach will give you some skills to use and will be helping everyone with the remaining time in class
