8 Handstand Shrugs
10 Second partner Shoulder Stretch
6 min to work on Handstand Walks [scale with side walk against wall]

Then...

Back Squat 
1 @ 90%
1 X 5 - 60# for guys and -30# for ladies

Then....

5 Rounds
1 min DB DL (you pick weight)
1 min pushups
